We collect information strictly necessary to provide our core automated DM service. This includes:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details provided during registration.
- Integration Data: Metadata and social handles obtained via authorized third-party APIs (e.g., Meta/Instagram).
- Platform Usage Data: Anonymized analytical data showing how you navigate our dashboard to help us improve the interface.
3. Use of Information
The information collected is used explicitly to:
- Authenticate access to your dashboard and secure your account.
- Process transactions and manage your SaaS subscription.
- Operate the core automation service (triggering instant responses to your social media comments/DMs).
- Provide necessary customer support and system update notices.
4. Data Storage and Processor Roles
Role as a Data Processor: For the social media data you process through our platform (e.g., the usernames of people commenting on your posts), Lazyspond acts as a Data Processor. You, the user, are the Data Controller. We only process this data to execute the automated flows you configure.
We utilize secure, enterprise-grade cloud hosting (like AWS or Supabase) to store this data. We employ commercially standard encryption and secure infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Third-Party Sharing and Data Retention
We do not sell or rent identifying information to any third parties. We only share information with authorized sub-processors (e.g., Stripe for billing) required to operate the service.
We retain user data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account cancellation, your data will be queued for deletion in accordance with our system retention cycles and applicable legal obligations.
6. User Rights and Data Deletion Instructions
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, GDPR, and Meta's Platform Terms, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data stored within our systems.
Data Deletion Instructions: If you wish to delete your account or any associated personal data (including any data obtained via Facebook, Instagram, or Meta APIs), you can do so explicitly by:
- Logging into your Lazyspond dashboard and using the account deletion tools provided in your settings.
- Emailing our support team directly at amityst12@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process and confirm the complete removal of your data from our active databases and third-party integrations within 30 days.
